There’s this thing called NaNoWriMo (National Novel Writing Month) that some crazy writers participate in every November. The goal is to write a novel in one month — 50,000 words in 30 days. A writer at her core, Mandy is in love with story and the connection it provides. She believes story and connection are communicated through good design. She also believes clear communication between team members and clients is the key to a successful product.
In addition to being Oxide’s Creative Coordinator, Mandy is a freelance writer, editor, and writing coach. Not only does she enjoy collaborating on work projects, but also on fun creative projects, on the ultimate frisbee field, and on video game strategies.
