Assurity is an insurance company based in Lincoln, Neb., and it has earned B Corp certification for its environmental and social efforts. The logo and language the company had in place locked the company in an outdated era. Although Assurity is 125 years old, its leadership seeks to be an innovative force for good.
With a clear sense of who they already were at their core, Assurity really just needed some help clearing away some of the clutter. We built a clean, modern, type-based logo for Assurity. After conducting numerous interviews with key staff, we clarified the brand strategy language behind the scenes. We implemented the new brand across a variety of materials, and then codified it all in a complete brand guide.
